COMMISSION TERMS OF SERVICE

GENERAL INFO

• ❖ You will receive a high resolution digital artwork which will have a small watermark on it.
• ❖ Your commission is for personal use only. If you wish to use it for commercial use, we can discuss an additional fee through email. You are free to print the artwork but ONLY for yourself.
• ❖If we have discussed a fee for commercial use, I expect you to add credit wherever you used it (ex.: blogs, personal websites, Youtube/Tiktok videos, streams, etc...).
• ❖ You are NOT allowed to print and/or (re)sell the commission after paying the commercial use fee.
• ❖ I still own the artwork, which means I can post it on my social media. Credit goes to you as commissioner.
• ❖ I can decline any commission. Submitting a request does not guarantee you a commission slot. I will read your request and either accept or decline based on what your request is.
• ❖ I do not draw in any other art style than my own. If you wish to receive a commission in a specific style, I'm not the artist for you.
• ❖ If you change your mind and decide to cancel the commission before I started working on it, you will receive a 100% refund. If you cancel after I started, you will get a partial refund calculated by how much work has been done already. You cannot cancel/ask for a refund after the commission has been completed. NOTE: sketches send to you to figure out composition/pose are part of working on your commission. Cancelling your commission after receiving sketches do NOT result in a full refund.
• ❖ I'm open for all types of work (including fluff, mild NSFW, gore) but I DO NOT do mechas, furries, heavy NSFW.

PROCESS AND PAYMENT

• ❖ Submit a commission request through email or private message linked above the page.
• ❖ Be sure to be as thorough as possible and add all information you can in your request message. This will make it easier for me to understand what you'd like and we don't have to send emails back and forth.
• ❖ Payment is upfront through Paypal and you will receive an invoice. I only start working on your commission after I sent the invoice and if I have received full payment. If you do not pay within 72 hours of the invoice being sent out, I will cancel the commission.
• ❖ I do not work with deadlines. Your commission can be finished in a week but it also can take weeks to months. I will however give you an estimate on how long I think it will take me to finish it, based on my workload. NOTE: this can change and your commission can be delayed, of which I will keep you updated.
• ❖ Since I work at my own pace and abilities, I expect you to not rush me to finish your commission nor do I want you to ask me about progress every few days. I will send you a sketch which you can either accept or ask for changes. After you accept, I will provide you with WIPs if you wish me to.
• ❖ The amount of changes you can ask during the sketch fase has a maximum of 2 times. If the third sketch I made is still not to your taste, I will ask you to choose which sketch I will finish as a complete artwork OR you cancel the commission. I cannot make endless changes since this also requiers a lot of time.
• ❖ After the final piece is done, I can add some small changes if they have been things I have missed such as small details. This does not include big changes.
• ❖ Be sure to be fully satisfied with the sketch I send you, because I will not redraw your commission if you changed your mind about the pose/background/mood/etc.
